These terms cover hyperreal ad production. Courses and Build have separate terms.

The minimum package and price

10 variations at $19.90 each, for $199 total. A $47 holding deposit is credited toward the total; the remaining $152 is due after you approve all 10 watermarked variations.

The holding deposit is non-refundable, subject to applicable law and any applicable payment-provider buyer protections. Examples of our own brand work do not set a promised duration, format, style, or measured result for your order.

Call, brief, and production

You book a call first. This website does not take payments or contain a checkout. After a successful call, we manually send a Wise payment request. Skill Lance does not receive or store your card number or bank login details. Wise processes the payment under its own applicable terms.

On the call, we confirm fit and the brief.

Before your first payment, we agree the scope, deliverables, file formats, delivery date, review window, included revisions, and what counts as new scope in writing.

After the deposit is received, a team member collects the full product or service brief, audience, message, and available brand assets. Production starts after the deposit is received and the required intake is complete. No universal delivery window or revision count is advertised in these terms; your written scope sets those details.

Watermarked preview and final files

You can watch all 10 finished variations on a private watermarked streaming link. The $152 balance is due after you approve the complete set. Clean, unwatermarked files are released after the balance clears.

The private watermarked streaming preview is for your review only. Do not share the link, copy, record, or redistribute the preview. The review window is agreed in writing before your first payment.

Payment and refunds

The $47 holding deposit is credited toward the $199 total. After preview approval, we manually send a second Wise payment request for the $152 balance. Nothing is charged automatically. See the ad refund policy at /ads/refund.html. Applicable law and any applicable payment-provider buyer protections still apply.

If we cancel or cannot deliver

If we cancel or cannot deliver the agreed service before production starts, we refund your holding deposit. If this happens after partial delivery, we agree the settlement for work delivered and any refund in writing. Applicable law and any applicable payment-provider buyer protections still apply.

Ownership and outcomes

After the final payment clears, you own the finished ad files delivered for your order. Any public reuse as a Skill Lance example requires your separate written agreement.

We produce creative assets ready for your team to test. Performance is not yet measured or guaranteed. We do not guarantee views, clicks, sales, or return on ad spend.
