These terms cover the Build service. Courses and ads have separate terms.

Scope and monthly service

The Build offer provides 2 AI founding engineers and the agreed AI tool stack for $1,450 per month. On the qualification call, we confirm fit. The written build plan defines the agreed working arrangements, dependencies, and intended month-one deliverables before payment.

Before your first payment, we agree the scope, deliverables, file formats, delivery date, review window, included revisions, and what counts as new scope in writing.

Delivery depends on the agreed scope and your timely access, materials, and decisions. Any changes to the schedule or acceptance process must be agreed in writing.

Booking and payment

You book a call first. This website does not take payments or contain a checkout. After a successful call, we manually send a Wise payment request. Skill Lance does not receive or store your card number or bank login details. Wise processes the payment under its own applicable terms.

After a successful call and agreed plan, we send a Wise payment request for the first month of $1,450. Work starts when the payment is received. Each following month requires a fresh Wise payment request. There is no automatic renewal charge or recurring debit.

Pausing or cancelling

You may pause or cancel any month by contacting us. We do not automatically charge for another month. Agree the pause or stop date and handover in writing so both parties know which work is included. Work completed so far remains yours to keep. See /build/refund.html for refund requests.

Code, designs, accounts, and IP

You own the code, designs, and project IP produced for you, transferred as we go. The service takes no equity. Your project accounts and data belong to you. Third-party and open-source components remain subject to their own licenses and terms; we identify relevant dependencies in the project handover.

Confidentiality and access

A mutual NDA is available on request before you share sensitive information. Agree any needed access and permissions through the project process; do not include credentials in booking answers. Public reuse of your confidential project as a case study requires your separate written permission.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms. The version presented before you pay and your written project scope apply to that paid period. For questions or to arrange a pause, email [email protected].
