The first month is $1,450, paid through a manually sent Wise request after the qualification call and agreed plan. Work starts after payment is received. Each following month requires a fresh Wise request; there is no automatic renewal charge.

Pause or stop

You may pause or cancel any month. Contact us to agree the stop date and handover. No further month is charged automatically, and the work completed so far remains yours to keep.

If we cancel or cannot complete the work

If we cancel or cannot complete the agreed work after partial delivery, we agree the settlement for work delivered and any refund in writing. Applicable law and any applicable payment-provider buyer protections still apply.

Refund requests

The marketing promise to pause or cancel does not by itself define a refund for work already performed or a partly used month. Any project-specific refund terms must be agreed in writing before payment. We review requests under the agreed scope, applicable law, and any applicable payment-provider protections. This policy does not limit statutory rights.

For a refund request or payment error, email [email protected] with your name, payment receipt, and the issue. We do not promise an automatic prorated refund or a fixed refund period in these terms.
