1. The $97 holding deposit — non-refundable, always
The $97 payment is a non-refundable holding deposit for custom course production. It reserves your production slot, and planning and custom work begin as soon as it’s paid — which is why it can’t be returned. This is stated at checkout, on the landing page, in our Terms of Service, and here.
To be extra clear: the $97 holding deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances — including if you change your mind, don’t complete your intake, or decide not to proceed with the balance. Please be sure before you pay.

2. The $2,999 balance — refundable before production starts
If you’ve paid the balance and our team hasn’t started production on your course yet (before your intake is complete and work begins), you get a full refund of the balance. Once production has started, the balance is non-refundable — the work is custom and made for you alone.
3. After the clean files are delivered — no refunds
Once the balance is paid and the clean, unwatermarked course files are released to you, the sale is final. You’ve received the finished product.
How to request a refund
Email [[email protected]] with your name and your Paddle receipt. Eligible balance refunds go back to your original payment method through Paddle.
If something went wrong with a charge, talk to us first — Paddle, our merchant of record, handles payment disputes, and we’d rather fix it directly.
